Hot Sause- cayenne pepper hot sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Mary's Louisiana Hot Sauce

3 cups red cayenne peppers, steamed
1 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp. finely chopped garlic
1 tbsp. salt

Recipe Directions for Mary's Louisiana Hot Sauce

  1. Steam 3 cups of red cayenne peppers. Add to food processor and puree with remainder of ingredients.

  2. Strain and pour in an air tight bottle for at least one week. Serve on anything you want to spice up.
