Healthy tasty green shake! It's actually quite filling too, and can be made sweeter by upping the fruit content or zestier by adding more ginger.

Recipe Ingredients for Mary's Green Shake

2 cup kale
1/2 cup spinach
1 apple
1 pear
1 oz. ginger

Recipe Directions for Mary's Green Shake

  1. Chop up kale and spinach or other greens and add to blender with 1 cup of water. Blend.

  2. Peel and chop ginger. Chop apple and pear and add all to blender.
