Recipe Ingredients for Mary's Chicken Salad

15 ounces Boneless, skinless chicken breast tenderloins
3 large Egg, Whole
1 medium Green Bell Pepper
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 oz Almonds Slivered
2 oz Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries
4 serving Mayo
1 tbsp Dill Relish

Recipe Directions for Mary's Chicken Salad

  1. Boil chicken breasts in poultry seasoning for 20-25 minutes. Boil eggs until hard for about 8-10 minutes. Cut onions into smaller chunks. Cut Pepper into quartered chunks. Chop all of the above in food processor to desired consistency. Add mayo, almonds, cranberries, relishes and mix well.

  2. If you prefer a wetter consistency add mayo. Salt and Pepper to taste.
