3/4 c. chopped celery
1 medium onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbs. vegetable oil
45 oz. chicken broth
16 oz. Medium Salsa II (30oz Jars)
1/2 c. uncooked brown rice
1 tsp. cumin
30 oz. black beans, rinsed & dried
1 c. chicken, cooked & cubed
1 tbs. lime juice
