Mary's ordinary somewhat spicy chili recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Mary's Beef Chili

28 oz tomatoes
1 lb lean ground beef
28 oz tomato sauce
28 oz red kidney beans
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
1 chipotle pepper
2 medium onions
2 tsp Frank's Red Hot sauce

Recipe Directions for Mary's Beef Chili

Saute the beef and onion. Add the ground spices, salt and pepper. Set aside. In a large Dutch oven, mix sauce, tomatoes. Add the meat mixture. Add chipotle, minced and Frank's hot sauce to taste. Simmer until thickened.
