Recipe Ingredients for Mary Ellen's Red Sauce

908 grams Campari Tomatoes
794 grams Crushed Tomatoes
2 clove Garlic
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Pepper, Black
3 1tsp Olive Oil
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
6 medium Carrots
1/4 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Mary Ellen's Red Sauce

Saute chopped onions and minced garlic in olive oil. Add crushed tomastoes, finely chopped campari tomatoes, and finely chopped carrots. Add 1 cup water. Add salt and pepper. Add basil, cook on low for an hour or so.
