Recipe Ingredients for Martin's Healthier Chili Con Carne

500 grams Beef, Ground, 75% Lean Meat / 25% Fat, Crumbles
1 large Onions
1 Cube Stock Cubes
2 medium Carrots
2 clove Garlic
28 oz Diced Tomatoes
1 medium Rutabagas
14 oz Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds, Canned
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
1 tbsp Fish Sauce
2 tsp Paprika
3 tsp Chili Powder
3 tsp Sauce, Ready-to-serve, Pepper Or Hot

Recipe Directions for Martin's Healthier Chili Con Carne

Dice and fry onions and garlic on medium heat, add diced carrot and swede. Turn up heat, add mince, crumble stock cube, add chilli powder and paprika and fry til brown. Add both tins of tomatoes and simmer on lowest heat for 1 hour. Slice peppers into large pieces and add, simmer for another half hour. Add kidney beans, simmer for 10 minutes, add fish sauce and hot sauce to taste.
