Recipe Ingredients for Martha's Vineyard Salad

3 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons canola oil
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 1/2 teaspoon mustard, dijon
1 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
1 head romaine lettuce, washed and dried
1/2 head lettuce, red leaf washed and dried
12 red onion rings, sliced 1/4" thick
3 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted

Recipe Directions for Martha's Vineyard Salad

  1. Raspberry vinegar- 6 tablespoons white wine vinegar, 6 tablespoons read wine vinegar, 1/4 cup frozen raspberries. Combine ingredients and let set 48 hrs; cover and store at room temp.

  2. Tear clean lettuce leaves and toss with 3/4 cup dressing. Divide onto 6 plates, top each portion with pine nuts, red onion and blue cheese.
