Recipe Ingredients for Martha Stewart's Granola (4.0 Cal/gm)

2 cups oatmeal
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup wheat germ
1 oz (about 1/4 cup) almonds
2 tbsps whole wheat flour
3 tbsps light-brown sugar
1 1/4 tsps cinnamon
1/4 cup canola oil
1 tbsp canola oil
6 tbsps Apricot nectar (sub. peach juice)
2 tbsps honey

Recipe Directions for Martha Stewart's Granola (4.0 Cal/gm)

  1. 250 oven.

  2. Mix first 7 ingredients in large bowl.

  3. Mix oil and other liquids and pour over oat mixture.

  4. Combine well and spread on baking sheet.

  5. Bake 2 hours, stirring every 45 minutes until golden brown.

  6. Store in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
