Recipe Ingredients for Martha Stewart's Banana Nut Bread

3 eggs
2 cups white sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla
1 1/3 cup canola oil
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup white flour
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups banana, mashed
1 cup walnuts

Recipe Directions for Martha Stewart's Banana Nut Bread

  1. grease 2 standard bread pans

  2. mix dry ingredients, set aside

  3. mix eggs, sugar and oil

  4. add in dry ingredients

  5. add in everything else

  6. put into 2 pans

  7. bake at 350 for about 60 minutes (55 minutes is what it took me last)
