Recipe Ingredients for Marshmallow Fondant

16 oz. marshmallows
2 lb. Confectioners Powdered Sugar

Recipe Directions for Marshmallow Fondant

  1. Melt Marshmallows with a small amount of water in the microwave. Grease hands and counter with shortening. On counter, work powdered sugar a little at a time into the marshmallow. It will be VERY sticky at first. Keep greasing hands and adding the powdered sugar. Eventually it will become manageable. It may take up to 8 minutes to incorporate all the powdered sugar.

  2. Roll out fondant with rolling pin and use as desired.
