Very tasty served with no sugar apple sauce. I use fresh salsa to avoid chopping (4Tbs ). Good cold for lunch the next day too.

Recipe Ingredients for Marsha's Salmon Croquettes

361 g salmon, canned (two cans,drained)
1/2 c panko bread crumbs
1/2 c egg whites
1 tbs tomatoes, chopped
1 tbs cucumber, chopped,
1 tbs green bell pepper, chopped
1 tbs red onion, chopped
3 spray oil

Recipe Directions for Marsha's Salmon Croquettes

Drain salmon. Mix in all ingredients. Fry in spray oil.
