Good source of protein, very high in Vitamin C. I serve in whole wheat rollups (lavash) which adds 110 calories per serving. It wasn't in the data bank. I get them at Costo and they have 10 net carbs because each one has 7 g of fiber and only 1 g sugar. They are by Damascus Bakeries.

Recipe Ingredients for Marsha's chicken Fajita

376 grams chicken breast, skinless
1 large red bell pepper
1 large sweet onion
2 tbs Canola oil
2 medium fresh tomatoes, chopped

Recipe Directions for Marsha's chicken Fajita

  1. Brown chicken in oil and slice into strips. Reserve.

  2. Saute vegetables. (not tomatoes)

  3. Serve in rollups. Use 1 for each fajita.

  4. You can garnish with fresh salsa and fat free sour cream, but don't forget to add tese few calories to you food log.
