Traditionally from Brazil this is a superfood smoothie best used as a meal replacement. Great for you!!!!! *Add some Agave syrup if you like it a bit sweeter. You can swap the raspberries and banana for any fruit but keep the avocado! That is what gives the perfect texture. Never settles if left in the fridge either.
