Recipe Ingredients for Marriott's Smoked Salmon Frittata

3/4 cup egg beaters
1/4 cup cremini mushrooms
1/4 cup diced avocado
1/4 cup shredded swiss cheese
1/4 cup chopped asparagus
3 oz smoked salmon
3 tbsp chopped white onion
1 tsp chives

Recipe Directions for Marriott's Smoked Salmon Frittata

Add everything but the eggs and cheese to a small skillet. Saute until the onions are wilted. Add the egg beaters and cook until done, occasionally lifting the eggs from the side to let the uncooked liquid slide underneath the cooked egg. Flip over and sprinkle cheese on top. Then fold in half and serve.
