Makes a wonderfully flavored pork chop! Cut more calories by using low sugar marmalade! This is from a Weight Watchers cookbook.

Recipe Ingredients for Marmalade Pork Chops

1 tsp. olive oil
24 oz. pork chops
2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
2 T. apple cider vinegar
1/4 c. orange marmalade

Recipe Directions for Marmalade Pork Chops

  1. Coat large nonstick pan with nonstick spray; add oil, and place over medium high heat until hot. Sprinkle chops on both sides with lemon pepper seasoning; add chops to skillet, and cook 5 minutes on each side or until done. Remove from pan and keep warm.

  2. Add vinegar to skillet; stir in marmalade. Return chops to skillet turning once to coat; cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated. Serve immediately.
