Recipe Ingredients for Marmalade & Mustard Pork Chops

0.33 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 oz Yellow Onion
2 serving Pork Loin Chops Thin Cut
1 tsp Mustard
1 tbsp Simply 100% Fruit Orange Marmalade Spreadable Fruit
1 tbsp Ketchup
0.5 tsp Garlic
0.33 serving Soy Sauce
0.25 cup chopped Green Bell Pepper
0.17 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Marmalade & Mustard Pork Chops

  1. Preheat broiler. Spray broiler rack with cooking spray. Broil chops 4 inches from heat source until rare, about 2 minutes per side. Set aside.

  2. Heat oil in a nonstick frying pan. Add onion, garlic, and green pepper. Saute until onion is translucent. Add water, soy sauce, ketchup, marmalade, mustard, and sesame oil. Bring to a simmer and stir until smooth.

  3. Add pork chops and cover with sauce. Cover pan and simmer for 5 minutes. Check often and add water if necessary to prevent burning.
