Recipe Ingredients for Marlin Steaks with Pineapple

1/8 cup soy sauce
1 Lemon (47 g) Juice (lemon+yields)
2 cloves garlic
3 blue marlin steaks (4-6 ounces each, 1 inch thick)
2 tsp olive oil
1 cup pineapple chunks
1/2 cup red pepper

Recipe Directions for Marlin Steaks with Pineapple

  1. Marinate the steaks (can use a little extra since most will stay in the bowl) in soy, lemon and garlic for 30 mins to 2 hrs (put in the fridge). Sear in olive oil in a very hot pan for 3 mins per side.

  2. Chop peppers and mix with pepper flakes and pineapple.
