Recipe Ingredients for Marlenes Stuffed Cabage

1 lb Ground beef
16 oz tomatos
2 cups cooked rice
2 oz olive oil
1 head cabbage
1 Salt, pepper and italian seasoning to taste

Recipe Directions for Marlenes Stuffed Cabage

  1. Seperate and boil cabbage leaves

  2. mix ground beef and rice and oil

  3. stuff leaves w/ mixture (approx 1 tblsp each)

  4. arrange in a baking dish and cover with the tomatos and juce

  5. bake @ 350 for 1 hr
