This is my mom's recipe with a whole grain twist. It's so yummy, you'll never miss the unhealthy bleached white flour! A really good way to start the day!

Recipe Ingredients for Marlene's Banana Bread

1 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
4 bananas
1 cup turbinado sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Marlene's Banana Bread

Mash bananas and sugar together. Melt butter and beat egg. Add all of the other ingredients to the banana/sugar mixture. Spray a loaf pan with Pam. Bake 1 hour in a preheated 325* oven, or until toothpick comes out with crumbs on it.
