Moist peanut butter and jelly bread

Recipe Ingredients for Marlee's Peanut Butter and Jelly bread

1 3/4 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cups peanut butter
1 1/4 cups skim milk
2 tablespoons Jelly or Jam

Recipe Directions for Marlee's Peanut Butter and Jelly bread

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in large bowl. Grease bread loaf pan. Mix in peanut butter with a fork until crumbly. Set aside. Beat eggs slighty, add milk to eggs. Add milk mixture to flour mixture. Stir just enough to mix. Pour half the batter into a loaf pan, spred jelly or jam or it, then pour other half of the batter in so there's a layer of jelly in the middle of the loaf.

  2. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
