Recipe Ingredients for Markus Whole Grain Apple Pancakes

1 egg
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup skim milk
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 apple
1 teaspoon apple pie spice
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Markus Whole Grain Apple Pancakes

Beat egg; add yogurt, milk, apple/or applesauce, spice, vanilla, oil and blend together. Add flour, salt and baking powder. Gently blend just until dry ingredients are blended together. Let stand 2-3 minutes. Pour onto hot greased griddle/frying pan. Cook one side until brown and air bubbles rise and pop; flip. Cook until other side is brown and it is cooked through. Enjoy!
