11 date Dates, Domestic, Natural And Dry

0.5 cup Slivered Almonds
0.5 cup, chopped Pecans
0.5 cup, with hulls, edible yield Sunflower Seeds
8 Tablespoon Pumpkin Seeds
8 tbsp Flax Seeds
