This is my first attempt at a vegetable soup. It would still be decent without the beans, potatoes, and a bit less salt if you are looking to make it even less calories.

Recipe Ingredients for Mark's Vegetable Soup 1.0

128 oz vegetable stock
5 potatoes, chopped
1 celery stalk
7 carrots
2 zuchini
1 squash
1 cup kale
1 head of cabbage
2 fl oz minced garlic
1 T thyme
5 T pepper
2 T salt
1/4 cup parsley
3 onions
8 fl oz white wine
15 oz pinto beans
6 oz garbanzo beans

Recipe Directions for Mark's Vegetable Soup 1.0

Chop it up. Through it in the stock. Bring to boil and reduce to simmer until all veggies are cooked. Season to taste.
