This is a quick veggie enhanced gazpacho I add a dash of rice wine vinegar and a dash or two of tabasco to round it out.

Recipe Ingredients for Mark's Spicy Quick Veggie Gazpacho

10 tbsp Salsa
14.5 oz Diced Tomatoes
1 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber, Peeled
8 oz Carrots, Baby
0.75 cup, chopped Onions
49 1/5 grams Peppers, Sweet, Green
2 clove Garlic
3 tbsp Bottled Oil

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor

  2. Grind until gazpacho consistency

  3. add salt, pepper, vinegar, and Tabasco to taste
