Sourdough bread, approximate composition assuming all water stays in the loaf - which it won't. Serving is roughly 50g

Recipe Ingredients for Mark's Sourdough Bread

840 ml bread flour
120 ml water
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Mark's Sourdough Bread

  1. Make sourdough starter with 0.5 cups flour and 0.5 cups water.

  2. Add remainder of flour, salt and oil (optional).

  3. mix, knead, proof, knock back,bake for 45 minutes at 175C
