35 cup Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds
140 grams Omega Cooking and Salad Oil
189 grams Tahini
15 grams cooked quinoa
0.5 tbsp chopped Onions
1 tortillas White Corn Estilo Casero Tortillas
2 grams Cheddar Cheese
2 tbsp Salsa Verde

Recipe Directions for Mark's Qunoa and Hummus enchilada

  1. combine quinoa and hummus and roll in tortilla

  2. cover with half of the green sauce and onions

  3. bake in 380 degree oven on convect for 12-15 minutes

  4. sprinkle on cheese and rest of green sauce and serve
