Recipe Ingredients for Mark's Meatballs

20 ounces Ground Pork
16 oz Veal, Ground
16 oz Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Crumbles
3 oz Parmesan, Hard Cheese
0.13 cup Tomato Products
0.25 tablespoon Sage
4 tsp Thyme, Fresh
15 grams Oregano
4 tsp Beef Base
2 tsp Beef Base
4 tbsp chopped Onions
40 grams Parsley
4 tbsp Sour Cream Regular
0.13 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached

Recipe Directions for Mark's Meatballs

Mix all ingred together. Cook, covered. Make a gravy w/ flour and sour cream. Hide them under the bed - because everyone will eat them.
