Great sandwich. Go easy on the butter, soft to spread all over. Cut in half for lunch service.

Recipe Ingredients for Mark's Grilled Ham & Cheese

1 serving Deli Fresh Ham Honey Shaved 98% Fat Free
2 tsp Classic Dijon Mustard
1 slice (1 oz) Gruyere Cheese
1 tbsp Butter
2 serving Harris Teeter Italian Round Bread

Recipe Directions for Mark's Grilled Ham & Cheese

Place 6 slices ham on the bread. Add 1 oz cheese, cut thin, over entire surface. Mustard on the remaining bread, then close. Softened butter on 1 side using half of butter. Place buttered side down in bare, hot pan. Butter the naked side of bread in the pan. Flip when bottom is brown and crisp. Cook 2nd side until brown and crisp.
