A slightly different version of my usual pizza night creation

Recipe Ingredients for Mark's Goat Cheese Pizza

200 grams Pizza Dough
53 grams Goat, Semisoft Type Cheese
40 grams Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
5 olives Large Pitted Olives
1 cup Organic Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 cup Recipe Ready Chopped Tomatoes
1 tbsp Tomato Products
0.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 tablespoon Oregano
1 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
1 pepper Pepper, Serrano

Recipe Directions for Mark's Goat Cheese Pizza

  1. Combine the herbs and some black pepper into the sauce and let it marinate.

  2. Chop the veg and the cheese

  3. Roll out the dough to fit the pan.

  4. Pre-bake for a couple of minutes.

  5. Spread the sauce and the rest of the ingredients.

  6. Bake for about 10 minutes.
