Recipe Ingredients for Mark's Fibery Thin Pizza Crust

3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup soy flour
1/2 cup flax seed meal
1/4 cup flax seed
1/4 cup wheat bran
1/4 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
0.13 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 tsp salt
2 large eggs
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for Mark's Fibery Thin Pizza Crust

  1. Mix dry ingredients, set aside. Beat wet ingredients for a minute, set aside. Make well, put in wet ingredients. Spread on cookie sheet or pizza sheet. 10-14 minutes at 375degrees.

  2. Ready to have pizza stuff thrown on.
