250 g rice
1 tsp curry powder
75 g mushroom

Recipe Directions for Mark's curry rice

  1. add curry powder to the rice water and cook according to the packet instructions

  2. heat the mushrooms through on a non stick frying pan (no extra oil needed)

  3. mix with the rice when done
