I just threw this all together. Not too healthy though ... oh wells!

Recipe Ingredients for Mark's Curry Jumbalya Thingy

300 grams Italian sausages
1 1/3 cup celery
1 1/2 cup carrot
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
5 medium mushrooms
1 cup bulgur
1 cup split peas
1 1/2 cups lite coconut milk
1 cup water
10 grams pine nuts
13 grams cranberries

Recipe Directions for Mark's Curry Jumbalya Thingy

Basically fry the meat and veg's. Then chuck in the coconut milk. Boil the split peas for 45 minutes. Have enough water in there to put in the bulgur. Then combine it all.
