Recipe Ingredients for Mark's Chicken & Rice Soup

8 cups chicken stock
2 1/2 cups water
1 T garlic, minced
2 t thyme
1 T pepper
1 lb brown rice
18 3/5 oz celery, chopped
1 lb carrots
14 1/10 oz chicken thigh, trimmed

Recipe Directions for Mark's Chicken & Rice Soup

Braise the chicken in stock,trim the fat, and pull apart. Chop the veggies. Throw everything into the water. Bring to boil and simmer till everything is cooked through.
