Recipe Ingredients for Mark's Cabbage and Leek Gratin

12 oz Savoy Cabbage
1.5 medium raw Leeks
0.17 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
0.5 cup Fat-Free Milk with Omega-3s and Vitamin E
0.17 cup Cream, Sour, Cultured
1 large Egg, White
2 tbsp Parsley
2 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Mark's Cabbage and Leek Gratin

  1. Chop and wash leeks

  2. chop cabbage into 2 inch squares

  3. Blanch cabbage and leeks

  4. Press out liquid when blanched mix everything together and bake on 350 for 45 minutes
