14 oz. Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 tbsp Ketchup
1 tsp Vinegar, Cider
1 tsp Oregano, Ground
1 tsp Salt, Table
104 grams Portobello Mushrooms
16 oz Laura's 96% Lean Ground Round
0.5 cup, diced Celery

Recipe Directions for Mark's Bolognese

  1. brown the LL and the portobello together

  2. add tomato sauce and simmer until done
