100 grams Onions
100 grams Peppers, Sweet, Red
160 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
5 oz Chicken, Meat Only, Roasted
3 clove Garlic
1 serving Salsa
1 cup Frozen Cut Corn
2 tbsp Ketchup
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water

  1. Saute veggies and chicken

  2. with spices to taste (salt pepper oregano cumin chili powder and worcester)

  3. add fresh tomatoes and salsa and ketchup and 2 cups water

  4. simmer until thick
