200 g pork
250 g new potaoes
500 g tomatoes with garlic
30 g bell peppers
30 g mushrooms
30 g onion
15 g Curry Paste
1 tbsp curry powder
285 ml gravy

Recipe Directions for Mark Pork Curry

  1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees

  2. Put all the ingredients in an oven proof dish

  3. stir well

  4. Slow cook for 4 hours
