Recipe Ingredients for Marisa's Pumpkin Soup

1/2 cup butter
2 cups onions
2 tablespoon garlic
1 tablespoon curry
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon salt
6 cups low sodium chicken broth
29 ounce pumpkin
1/2 cup fat free half and half
2 tablespoons cooking sherry

Recipe Directions for Marisa's Pumpkin Soup

Saute onions, garlic, salt, curry, nutmeg and corriander with vegetables until softened. Add chicken broth and simmer for 20 minutes. Add pumpkin and continue to simmer for 5 minutes more. Take off the heat and add half and half and cooking sherry.
