20 peppers, chili, red
15 oz can diced tomatoes
1 tbsp salt
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for Mari's Salsa (Chili de Arbol)

  1. Roast red chili's in frying pan until oder begins to permeate room. Careful to have exhaust fan on.

  2. Mix Chili's, diced tomatoes, salt and 1cup hot water in blender and puree.

  3. Let stand and serve.
