16 oz. Extra Firm Tofu
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
2 tbsp Braggs Aminos or Soy Sauce
1 tsp. Onion Powder
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 Onions
1 Green Bell Peppers
1 Red Bell Peppers

Recipe Directions for Marionette's Veggies with Fried Tofu

Cut tofu into cubes. Set stove to medium heat (each stove varies) In a large non-stick skillet add 1 Tbsp. of Olive Oil. Saute' tofu until water is cook out and tofu is light golden brown. Add Braggs Aminos, onion powder and garlic powder. Continue to saute' until well brown and lightly crispy. Add Onions, Peppers or other veggies at this time, saute' until veggies are lightly done
