1 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, All Varieties
1 stalk, small (5" long) Celery
0.11 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
3 oz Broccoli Slaw
3 serving Rice Wine Vinegar
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1.5 1tsp Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Sea Salt

slice and half squash, chop celery, bok choy, and pepper into small pieces, add in all ingredients and mix. Let marinate in fridge for at least 4 hours
