Different vegetables (zucchini, green beans, mushrooms) can be marinated by using this recipe and be nice addition to your main course plate. The amount of calories not varies a lot because these vegetables don?t have lots of calories. Sugar is used in this recipes, but in the end ? lots of marinate is not used and as a result ? not a lot of sugar consumed.

Recipe Ingredients for Marinated vegetables

5 eggplants, peeled
1 carrot
1/2 cup garlic
1 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 tbsp salt

Recipe Directions for Marinated vegetables

  1. Eggplants has to be peeled and cubed

  2. Carrot has to be shredded

  3. All ingredients mix together;

  4. Let it stay for 1hour and than boil it for 10minuts.

  5. Keep it in refrigerator
