Recipe Ingredients for Marinated Tuna Steak

1 tbsp Shallots
1 tbsp Basil
0.33 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Chili powder
1 1/4 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tsp Lemon Juice
6 oz Tuna Steak

Recipe Directions for Marinated Tuna Steak

Mix shallots, basil, salt, chili powder, olive oil and lemon juice in a small bowl. Coat tuna with this mixture and let sit for four hours in the fridge, turning each hour. Preheat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Lightly coat pan with olive oil spray and place tuna in pan. Cook until lightly browned on all sides. Tuna should be rare in the middle.
