Healthy tuna salad, two servings from one tin of tuna. Balance the protein with a baked potato. Add chili flakes or tabasco to spice it up.

Recipe Ingredients for Marinated Tuna Salad and Baked Potato

130 g tuna
1 red onion
2 garlic cloves
4 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
2 potatoes

Recipe Directions for Marinated Tuna Salad and Baked Potato

  1. Finely dice onion and garlic.

  2. Mix in bowl with drained tuna, vinegar and oil.

  3. Leave to marinate in fridge for 4 hours or overnight.

  4. Serve on a baked potato, seasoned with black pepper.
