Marinated tomato, cucumber, red onions and avacato salad

Recipe Ingredients for Marinated Tomato Salad

1 large cucumber
1 large red onion
8 oz Apple Cider Vinegar, Unfiltered, Organic
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 oz Pure Honey
1 oz Garlic
3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)(123 g) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 serving fresh avacodo

Recipe Directions for Marinated Tomato Salad

prepare marinade, 1 cup apple cider vinegar, 2 Tbsp of olive oil, 2 Tbsp of honey, 1 Tbsp chopped garlic. Refrigerate. Cut Toimatoes and Cucumbers into 1 inch chunks. Slice onion into thin rings. Mix with marinade and refrigerate until ready to serve. Top with thin avacado slices, just priior to serving
