Tofu marinated in a sweet and tangy mixture, then grilled.

Recipe Ingredients for Marinated Tofu

1/2 package (7 oz) lite firm tofu
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 serving (1 tbsp) less sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp garlic flakes
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika

Recipe Directions for Marinated Tofu

  1. Prep (if possible but definately not completely necessary): Drain tofu and cut into two blocks. Wrap in several layers of paper towels and place between two plates so that the water is squeezed out. Leave up to overnight.

  2. Mix all other ingredients together and allow tofu to marinate for about 30 mins.

  3. Grill until dark brown on both sides.
