Recipe Ingredients for Marinated Shrimp with Mediterraneana Salad

24 ounces Cooked Peeled Medium Black Tiger Shrimp
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1/3 cup fresh basil, torn
1 pepper
1 cup radishes, thinly sliced
2 green bell peppers, thinly sliced
3 ounces, low fat fetta, sliced
5 ounces pita chips or cracker bread

Recipe Directions for Marinated Shrimp with Mediterraneana Salad

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, lemon juice, oil, basil and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Set aside for 10 minutes to allow flavors to mold.

  2. Stir in the radishes, bell peppers, olives, and Feta.

  3. Divide among bowls. Spoon any remaining lizuid over the tops. Serve with pita chips ro cracker bread.
