Recipe Ingredients for Marinated Salad (Vegan)

1 carrot, peeled and sliced
1 zucchini, sliced
200 g cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces
100 g broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
1/4 cup parsley
2/3 cup olive oil
2 tbsp rice syrup
6 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano

Recipe Directions for Marinated Salad (Vegan)

  1. Mix dressing ingredients together.

  2. Pour over vegetables.

  3. Place in refrigerator and allow the vegetables to marinate overnight.

  4. Stir every so often.
