An easy 24-hour marinade for pork tenderloin or pork loin roast. Just the right amount of flavor to compliment the high protein pork.

Recipe Ingredients for Marinated Pork Tenderloin

1 1/2 lbs pork tenderloin
1 cup lite soy sauce
1/3 cup worcestershire sauce
2 tsp minced garlic
1/4 cup 100% pineapple juice

Recipe Directions for Marinated Pork Tenderloin

  1. Combine lite soy sauce, worcestershire sauce [Lea & Perrins], minced garlic and juice from one can of pineapple rings (no sugar added variety) to a gallon size plastic freezer bag.

  2. Add pork to bag and marinate for 24-48 hours in refrigerator.

  3. Cook on grill, or bake in 350 oven until internal temperature reaches 145-160.

  4. Rest for 10 minutes then slice for serving.
